TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE AUCTIONS:

Commercial/Bank/or Special Auction Buyer Premium:
There will be a 13% Buyers Premium charged on all online purchases. If items are paid for with cash or "good" check, then 3% of this fee will be waived and the remaining buyer's premium will be 10%.
Buyers are also responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes that may apply.
Please check the terms of each auction as - Each auction will likely have different terms (any auction aside from our regular weekly auction).
Payment and Pick Up of Item/s:
All items must be paid for and picked up within one week (7 days) of auction they were purchased. Please see "Hours of Operation" for times for pick up.
Consignment of items to JKBID.COM:
All items must be dropped off at the JKBID.COM facility located at 361 12th Plainwell, MI 49080 no later than seven (7) days prior to the auction seller wishes to consign.
Condition and Representation of Online Auction Items:
The staff of JKBID.COM will do their best to audit and inspect each item and disclose any faults or defects that are found. However, JKBID.COM will not be held responsible for the condition or functionality of any item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect items they are bidding on, intend to bid on and/or purchase. Any and all high bids on items are legal binding contracts, and all sales are final.
At JKBID.COM all items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, refund written, expressed, or implied.
The condition of items may not always be known (running, working, etc.). If condition is known we will do our best to list it in the item's description.
Special Conditions:
If a boat is sold on the online auction and the seller wishes to have the boat listed in "running" condition, they will allow any buyer seven (7) days from the date of the purchase to have the said boat inspected by a certified marine mechanic. If any major problem is
found and brought to the attention of JKBID.COM (within the 7 day time period), then a full refund will be made. Please be aware that all sales are final regardless of purchased items condition unless it is deemed differently by an authorized employee of JKBID.COM. In addition, any seller of a boat that falls under this condition will only be paid after the seven (7) day inspection period, and providing no major issues are found with regard to the said boat.
Pick-Up of Auction Items:
All items purchased on online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date. After this 7 day period there will begin a $2 per day/per lot storage fee. After 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) there will be no refunds on any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item. After the two week period JKBID.COM reserves the right to relist the item, sell the item or remove it from there storage warhouse. The original bidder will be held in default and will be require to pay whatever bid price (plus any tax or premium) that is due on the item.
The defaulted bidder will be contacted by the auction company and take any legal collection action, including charging the credit card on file, and/ or use of an attorney or collection agency to facilitate payment of any items left in default.
The above terms are in effect for all online auctions unless specified differently for a particular auction. Please read the details and terms for each auction you enter as a buyer.
Sale of Firearms:
JKBID.COM is a Licensed Firearms Dealer (FFL). Any buyer of a firearm must pass a NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check).

Closing Time for Online Auctions:
Remember all posted times and displays of current time on the auction company's website are approximate. JKBID.COM reserves the right of extend or close early an auction at anytime at its discretion. JKBID.COM highly recommends placing bids early on items in order to avoid "losing" an item due to a last minute bid made will ill-timing. All times are based on Eastern Standard Time. In addition all auctions include an "extended end time" feature that allows for an item to be extended at the end of the auction if a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the close time. In such a case the time would extend 5 minutes from the scheduled end time, and if an additional bid was placed for instance the bid would extend for another 5 minutes, and so on. Bidding would end after there was a period of 5 minutes with no bidding.
Purchase of Titled Items:
JKBID.COM is required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $95.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. Non-Michigan Residents will pay the $95.00 Broker Fee and necessary fees according to their state rules for titled vehicles. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. Buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. Please note title processing may take up to 15 days. Then will take 4-10 business days to receive your title from the Secretary of State.
